Depending on the store you select, the job you apply for may be in a store owned and operated by an independent franchisee instead of Domino’s. Each independent franchisee is a separate company that is not owned by Domino’s, and each franchisee is the sole employer of the individuals that work in its Domino’s® stores. Most Domino’s® stores are owned and operated by independent franchisees, not Domino’s Pizza LLC, Domino’s Pizza Franchising LLC, or Domino’s Pizza, Inc. All inquiries by Agencies to become a provider of recruiting services to Domino’s Pizza LLC must be directed to and approved by Domino’s Corporate Director of Global Talent Acquisition. Agencies that have fee agreements with Domino’s Pizza LLC and have been engaged on a specific search shall follow the submission process outlined by the Domino’s Corporate recruiter with whom they are partnering with on the search. Domino’s Pizza LLC will have the right to hire that candidate at its discretion without any fee owed to the Agency. Any employment agency or professional recruiter (“Agency”) that submits an unsolicited resume for a Corporate position to Domino’s career site or directly to any Corporate employee, does so with the understanding that the resume will become the property of Domino’s Pizza LLC. Hiring decisions are typically communicated within one week of the final step in the interview process.
